Why not buy an extra week

It’s not worth renting when purchasing an extra week is much better value in the long run. If in future years you can’t use that week then you can always put it into the successful rental program and recover your maintenance fees

Beware extra week 53 in April 2026

Every few years there is an extra week (53) to enable the weekly program to catch up following leap years

This will happen in 2026 and timeshare weeks after April will be one week later that usual. (see date coloured RED)

Make sure you are booking your flights on the correct date

Maintenance fees 2026

Wimpen will be proposing a 5% increase in fees for 2026, This reflects cost pressures created by wage settlements in the hospitality sector, staff sickness, the replacement of ageing equipment and the upkeep of villas and common areas.

•Studio 294.00€

•One Bed 354.50€

•Two Bed 413.00€

This will take effect from January, but subject to owners approval at the next AGM
