Refurbishment Update
OWNERS HAVE BEEN ASKING ME, "WHEN WILL MY VILLA BE RENOVATED?"
The refurbishment continues and a further seven apartments will be renovated in May this year.
Regrettably, progress on the refurbishment initiative has been much slower than I would have liked and has been significantly impeded due to the misappropriation of community funds by Mr. Fletcher, along with his constant filing and the associated costs of legal action. The refurbishment would have started some time ago had Mr Fletcher cooperated with us.
Consequently, WimPen have been compelled to prioritise refurbishment projects based on the limited availability of community resources, necessitating difficult decisions regarding the sequence in which apartments are to be renovated.
To help hasten the work, interim improvements will be made to numerous other apartments this year and full renovation will continue in future years.
