SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Development Owners’ Association AGM held on 28 November, the statutes were updated to allow both Club Members and Escritura owners to attend and vote at DOA Meetings. The calling papers for the Special General Meeting should now be with you. They are also available for download at www.losclaveles.eu
Included with the papers is your voting form. We hope you will be able to attend the SGM, but it is possible that many of you will be unable to come, especially if you are worried about Covid or have long journeys in which case your proxy votes are vital, so please don’t let them go to waste, these could be the most important votes you ever place at Los Claveles.
We will aim to make the meeting ‘Covid Safe’.
The purpose of this change in the Community Statutes is to confirm the Association as the entity responsible for the development of LOS CLAVELES, where there is a single Budget that includes Common Areas and Villas with all expenses and income in a single Community account and therefore a combined fee. This has existed since the Los Claveles was created and has been approved all these years.
By combining the expenditure and income of the Club, Escritura and common areas and continuing as we have done for more than 25 years, it makes us all stronger and enables us to live together in a state of harmony where there are no differences or groups but work together for the common good.
