Introducing Keith Lear
Escritura Owners’ Representative
Hi, I’m Keith Lear your Escritura rep. Firstly I’d like to thank all those who voted for me at the recent DOA AGM and want to assure everyone that I will act for the benefit of all owners and the improvement of the resort.
As you may be aware, in August 2020 Peter Mason asked me to help him take over responsibility of the Escritura Rep role on his behalf. During that period we’ve had the Covid crisis and the engagement of new bar franchisees. I hope that those who have been able to go to Claveles have enjoyed the brilliant offering that Stacey and her team have provided.
A little bit about me, I grew up in various countries around the world as my parents were associated with the forces and as a result have an appreciation of worldwide cultures. I feel this has not only helped my working life but has also helped facilitate discussions and understanding of our resort administrators, with whom I have developed an effective relationship.
I’m married with 2 children 2 step children and 3 grandchildren with another on the way very soon.
In my working life I am a Technology professional with close to 40 years experience. I have worked in government, manufacturing, retail, defence and financial sectors and am currently a platform manager for a large banking group.
I look forward to meeting some of you in the year ahead.
