- Beware of ‘look-a-like’ invoices from Club Los Claveles which do not give you access to your villa and do not support the expenses and wages at Los Claveles
Maintenance fees 2025
Wimpen are proposing an increase of 3% for next year. This is due to inflation and the expectation that the Government will increase the minimum wage in 2025. This will take effec from January, but subject to owners approval at the next AGM
