Payment Amnesty for members
who pay the Club
Why not enjoy your holidays again
Are you thoroughly fed up with the dispute between the Club and Wimpen?
Have you lost your holidays because of the dispute and found yourself out of pocket?
Owners in debt to the Community who have paid their fees to Club Los Claveles Ltd and have ben unable to use their villas, are offered an opportunity to have their debts held in abeyance so they can enjoy holidays at Los Claveles again.
These owners may not be aware that, following the last arbitration, the company Club Los Claveles Ltd has no legal association with the resort and payments should not be made to this unaffiliated account, which makes no contribution to the expenses and wages of running Los Claveles.
WimPen’s offer of a payment amnesty to owners who have found themselves in debt to the Community is a genuine gesture of goodwill, accept it and you can occupy your villa and enjoy holidays at Los Claveles again.
If you undertake to pay the correct Community account in future, any debt will be held in abeyance and Los Claveles lays in wait for your next holiday
