VOTING RESULTS

We understand that Mr Fletcher has cast doubt in the voting at the SGM, and in particular, the votes of owning companies.

Owning companies are perfectly entitled to vote, however this is how the voting looks if company votes are discounted. So even without those votes there is a 2/3 majority
